WIN-VIET Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful installation of a new butt weld fittings production line at our Vietnam facility in March.
The equipment has now entered the trial and commissioning phase, marking an important milestone in expanding our manufacturing capabilities.
Current Production Status
During the trial stage:
- Initial products have already been successfully manufactured
- Trial production is being carried out at 100 pieces per specification
- Multiple sizes are being tested to verify process stability
- The final step of vibratory finishing is currently under preparation
Our engineering team is closely monitoring key performance indicators, including dimensional accuracy, wall thickness control, and overall production efficiency.
Focus on Controlled Scale-Up
This structured trial approach ensures that the production line meets WIN-VIET's strict quality standards before full-scale operation.
Once fully implemented, the new line will enable:

Enhanced consistency in thin-wall fittings (2–3 mm)
