Building Reliability in a Changing Global Supply Chain
Dear Partners and Friends,
As we close 2025, I would like to thank our customers and partners around the world for the trust you place in Win-Viet Precision Machinery.
Over the past year, global supply chains have continued to face uncertainty-from logistics disruptions to fluctuating demand across industrial sectors. In this environment, our priority has remained clear:
to be a stable and reliable manufacturing partner for our global customers.
Throughout 2025, we strengthened our operations across the entire manufacturing system by focusing on the 5M1E framework-Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment.
This disciplined approach allows us to deliver not only components, but predictability, consistency, and long-term supply reliability.
Operational Highlights in 2025
Our production capacity continued to expand while maintaining strict quality control.
Precision casting output reached over 900 tons, the highest level in our company's history.
Machining production remained above 1,000 tons for the second consecutive year.
CNC automation now represents nearly 90% of machining hours, improving both precision and repeatability.
More importantly, operational reliability remained strong.
On-time delivery: 100%
Customer satisfaction: 98%
Casting scrap rate: ~2.2%
Machining scrap rate: below 0.4%
These numbers reflect the daily discipline of our team and the maturity of our manufacturing system.
Strengthening Our Manufacturing Foundation
Behind these results is a stable and committed workforce.
In 2025, our employee retention rate reached 98.7%, ensuring skill continuity and consistent process execution. At the same time, our management structure in Vietnam has become fully localized, enabling faster decision-making while maintaining strict technical oversight.
We also continued to strengthen supply chain resilience by implementing a dual-source material strategy, combining qualified Chinese and Vietnamese suppliers to minimize logistics risks and ensure uninterrupted production.
Preparing for the Future
Looking ahead to 2026, we are investing in additional manufacturing capacity to support the growth of our global customers.
Our expansion plan includes:
10 new CNC lathes
2 additional machining centers
a new induction furnace
These investments are expected to increase our overall production capacity by approximately 50% over the next two years.
At the same time, we continue to strengthen our compliance and sustainability programs, including preparation for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and carbon footprint management systems, while advancing renewable energy initiatives such as rooftop solar installations.
