A: Mold fees are generally not charged for our standard products. However, a mold fee is applicable for customized product series.

1. Primary Packaging Methods We offer a range of solutions tailored to product characteristics and specific transportation needs: 

A. Corrugated Cardboard Packaging 

This is our most commonly used and versatile option. Standard & Customized Boxes: We offer various sizes of standard corrugated cartons, with the flexibility to fully customize dimensions and weight capacity to fit your products perfectly. 

B. Palletized Packaging (Recommended for LTL/FTL and Ocean Freight) 

International Compliance: We use Wooden Pallets and Fumigation-Free Plywood Pallets that fully comply with international shipping standards (such as ISPM 15), effectively preventing cross-border quarantine issues at destination ports. Security & Stability: Cargo is stacked according to scientific principles (heaviest items on the bottom) and secured using Stretch Wrap for superior stability during transit.

C. Customized Wooden Box (For Specialized Cargo) 

Essential for large machinery, complicated style goods requiring maximum protection. 

Types of Crates: We provide custom-built options, including: Fumigation-free plywood boxes. Solid wood crates (heat-treated and marked with the IPPC stamp for compliance).

A: The working arrangements for each process are as follows: 

Injection Process:Works 10 hours per day with 1 shift. 

Coating Process:Works 10 hours per day with 1 shift. 

Pouring Process:Works 12 hours per day with 2 shifts.

 After Pouring Process:Works 10 hours per day with 1 to 2 shifts. 

Machining Process:Works 10 hours per day with 2 shifts.

To maintain precision, all critical production and inspection equipment are subject to annual external calibration by accredited local Vietnamese authorities to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance with ISO9001 standards.

Advanced Production Process 

1. Casting: The process follows a strict sequence: Wax production (mould making/injection) → Sand shell making → Steel making (melting and pouring, material testing) → Sand shell cleaning → Surface treatment → Inspection → Casting warehouse.

2.Pipe cutting and Machining: The casting and pipe products proceed to machining, which involves: CNC Machining (using over 100+ CNC lathes,Machinery robots, and Machining centers) → Cleaning → Assembling(valves and unions) → Inspection (leak, thread, surface checks) → Print → Package → Shipment. 

3.Packaging 

Packaging is the final controlled step in our production process. A dedicated Packaging Inspection is performed to verify the quantity and method of packaging, ensuring products are securely prepared for shipment.We could prove the diversified packaging options based on your requirement!
