WIN-VIET PRECISION MACHINERY COMPANY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "WIN-VIET"), a global leader in precision machinery manufacturing and a key player in stainless steel precision casting, today officially announced the commissioning of its new distributed solar energy project. This strategic initiative marks a pivotal milestone in the company's roadmap toward green development and "dual-carbon" goals, integrating clean energy into core operations to set a new benchmark for sustainable transformation within the precision machinery sector-especially in stainless steel precision casting.

Empowering Precision Production with Clean Energy
Tailored to WIN-VIET's specific operational footprint, the distributed solar photovoltaic (PV) system utilizes rooftops, open storage areas, and auxiliary facilities of its stainless steel precision casting plant, focusing on powering the stainless steel investment casting production line and precision sand casting workshop. The project employs high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels and an intelligent energy management system, designed to generate a stable supply of clean electricity upon full completion in 2026-with the CNC machining process for stainless steel precision castings expected to reduce annual power consumption by over 30% via solar energy.
The system prioritizes powering the company's critical production processes-including precision machining, stainless steel casting surface finishing line, CNC assembly, and quality inspection lines-as well as office and logistics operations. Notably, for the melting process (a core link in stainless steel precision casting requiring strict temperature control), a "solar + backup power" dual-supply mode is adopted to ensure process stability. In compliance with Vietnam's energy regulations, surplus electricity will be integrated into the local public grid. This "self-consumption with grid interaction" model maximizes resource utilization and energy efficiency.
Uncompromising Quality and Safety Standards
From planning to implementation, WIN-VIET has adhered to stringent international industrial standards. To address the specific architectural structure of the stainless steel precision casting plant, a customized mounting solution was adopted, minimizing high-altitude operational risks while ensuring structural integrity.
Furthermore, WIN-VIET partnered with a renowned third-party energy technology firm to conduct rigorous quality monitoring and technical audits. These assessments cover panel efficiency, inverter performance, grid-connection safety, and compatibility with stainless steel precision casting process parameters, ensuring power fluctuations do not affect production accuracy and the long-term reliability of the system. The project is set to undergo comprehensive acceptance by local energy authorities to meet all regulatory compliance requirements prior to full-scale operation.
Leadership Vision: A Sustainable Future
"This distributed solar project is more than just an energy upgrade; it reflects WIN-VIET's enduring commitment to sustainable development," said Mr.Wang, chairman of WIN-VIET. "As a precision manufacturing enterprise, we believe that green development and technological innovation are inseparable. We will continue to explore 'solar + smart manufacturing' models, optimize our energy structure, and share our experiences to drive the entire industry toward a low-carbon, high-quality future."
Looking ahead, WIN-VIET plans to expand its green energy portfolio by exploring synergies between solar power and energy storage technologies, aiming to build a resilient and efficient energy ecosystem that creates value for customers, employees, and society.
