Recently, two Quality Supervisors from our Japanese customer visited WIN-VIET Precision Machinery Company Limited to conduct an on-site inspection of our stainless steel threaded pipe series.
The inspection was carried out strictly according to a detailed inspection checklist prepared in advance by the customer, focusing on dimensional accuracy, thread quality, and overall product consistency. To ensure a smooth and professional inspection process, WIN-VIET prepared all required measuring instruments beforehand, including thread gauges and calipers, and followed standard quality inspection procedures throughout the process.
During the inspection, all required items were carefully measured and verified on-site. The inspection results confirmed that the products fully met the customer's technical specifications and quality requirements. The inspection was successfully passed, and the shipment was approved for normal delivery. All inspection data and results were documented and confirmed with the customer.
