The card pressure connection step
1. Pipe breaking: cut off the pipe according to the required length. When breaking the pipe, do not exert too hard to prevent the pipe from losing round.
2. Remove the burr: After the pipe is cut off, the burr shall be removed clean to avoid cutting the sealing ring.
3. Line king: In order to insert the steel pipe into the pipe socket, the insertion length must be marked and drawn at the end of the pipe.
4. Assembly: the sealing ring should be correctly installed in the U-type groove of the pipe fittings, and the pipe should be inserted into the socket of the pipe fittings to wait for compression.
5. Compressing: When compressing, the raised part of the pipe fittings is placed in the concave groove of the mold, and the clamp mouth is kept vertical to the pipe axis.
6. Inspection: After the compression is completed, use a special gauge to check the compression size.
