Recently, our Canadian client visited our production facility with the goal of finding a reliable supplier for 150lbs stainless steel threaded pipe fittings. This visit marks a further strengthening of our partnership, with the client expressing high recognition for our production capabilities, management standards, and product quality.
The primary purpose of the visit was to explore transferring pipe fittings production from China to Vietnam, in search of a stable local supplier. Since 2018, our company has established a production base in Vietnam mainly due to the challenges posed by domestic environmental policies and the instability of capacity and delivery times in China. During the visit, the client praised our factory's management level and delivery capabilities, believing that our management exceeds that of some Taiwanese factories and is notably superior to most similar factories in China.
Regarding the products, the client focused on the differences between SP114 and ISO4144, particularly the weight variations. We engaged in detailed discussions, and the client showed a preference for the more cost-effective ISO4144 products, though they remain open to further decisions based on the full set of product quotes.
The client also requested customized branding with their logo on the products, to which we fully supported and ensured there would be no issues. This exchange laid a solid foundation for future long-term cooperation between both parties.
