The welded stainless steel pipe is safer and more reliable. There is no internal sealing ring, which is a dead connection. It has a wide range of applications, both exposed and concealed installations. It is more suitable for cold water systems and hot water systems. Once installed, it is basically unnecessary to consider maintenance. This type of connection has been used on copper pipes for many years, and the Ministry of Construction now focuses on recommending this type of jointless connection for stainless steel connections.

(2) Preface 1-2 is on-site assembly type (special tools need to be borrowed) installation, fast and simple, suitable for surface installation. When the function of the rubber ring is lost, the nut can be removed for sequence 1 to replace it, and the nut for sequence 2 should be replaced after sawing due to a dead connection. Preface 3 is suitable for concealed burying and embedded wall, of course, it can also be mounted on the surface.
(3) Brief introduction to the installation of the first card convex type: special installation tools are required for installation, and the installation range of DN15-50 (DN15-20) pipes is to be clamped on the outer wall of the pipe with special tools. (5), Sequence 3 welding type (socket argon arc welding type): the installation range is DN15-100, insert the pipe into the pipe fitting during installation, and use the argon arc welding machine to weld and melt the original extension slope on the pipe fitting. Other solders belong to the main body welding and the construction is simple. (Butt argon arc welding type) The installation range is DN125-200. When installing, align the ports of the pipe and the fittings and use an argon arc welding machine for welding, but stainless steel electrodes are required as solder. There are certain difficulties in construction.
(6) The buried pipe should try to meet the requirements of the same life as the building. Therefore, the water pipe should preferably be connected without joints.
The service life of stainless steel pipes can reach 70-100 years, which refers to pure stainless steel pipes without other materials such as rubber rings. At the same time, buried pipes are required to reduce joints as much as possible (one more joint means one more leakage hazard), and most of the buildings that use metal pipes (stainless steel pipes, copper pipes) are welded connections.
