It's a choice that you can't let go of, and you are often lost; those that you can't bear are often alienated; most of the things you can't forget don't belong to you; and the things you can't think about are often missed. Nostalgia is often difficult to hold hands, obsessed, and often despised by others. The continuous casting of stamping elbows is generally matched with the refining furnace, which has strict requirements on the chemical composition and temperature of the molten steel; in order to prevent the secondary oxidation of the molten steel, the continuous casting production process requires non-oxidation protection pouring; for the ladle, tundish, sliding Refractory materials such as nozzles and immersion nozzles have strict requirements; stainless steel pipe fittings are changed from ingot casting to casting billet process. And because of the perfect quality control methods of continuous casting process, it has become a necessary means to improve product quality. The quality advantages of stainless steel pipe continuous casting billet products are concentrated in that the non-grinding rate of the outer surface of the head and tail billet has reached more than 70%. In order to achieve this goal, the molten steel must be refined to achieve lower oxygen and sulfur content and precise control. The temperature of molten steel can realize non-oxidation pouring and further reduce the content of inclusions. In order to ensure the surface quality of the continuous casting billet, select the appropriate maintenance slag; the vibration marks formed on the surface of the continuous casting billet due to the vibration of the mold during the continuous casting process should be controlled; electromagnetic stirring must be used during the continuous casting of ferritic stainless steel pipes .

Stainless steel pipe fittings generally use the same vertical, vertical bending or arc continuous casting machine as the carbon steel. The refined molten steel is poured into the ladle. The ladle to be poured is transferred to the top of the tundish injection port through the turntable, and then the molten steel is injected into the tundish through the shroud. The molten steel in the tundish enters the mold through the immersion nozzle to form and condense and move down continuously. The surface layer of the solidified cast slab continues to be rapidly cooled through the secondary cooling zone until the core becomes a solid, and then flame cutting is carried out to length to complete the entire continuous casting process.

Under this condition, according to different steel grades, the vibration process of the mold can be matched with the mold powder, so that the vibration mark depth on the surface of the cast slab can reach 200 μm, so that the surface of the cast slab of seamless elbows is basically not ground and rolled aims. Not only can it increase the yield rate, save energy and shorten the production cycle. It also cooperates with the out-of-furnace refining to significantly improve the production efficiency, and it also omits the billeting process and saves a lot of energy consumption.
