Stainless steel pipe fittings are often used in current buildings, such as clamps, elbows, etc. are commonly used. These are outdoor pipe fittings. When outdoors, I don’t know if you have considered outdoor stainless steel pipe fittings during rainy periods. What issues should be paid attention to.

Usually outdoor water supply stainless steel pipe fittings are constructed in rainy periods, especially in the basement. Drainage trenches and collection wells should be dug first, and pumps, hoses and other pumping equipment should be prepared to pump water. Rainwater should be strictly prevented from inertness to avoid pipe floating accidents. Backfill soil should be timely after completion. How to deal with it in a special period? Like in the rainy season in winter, you should pay more attention to:

(1) When making asbestos cement joints, hot water mixing materials should be used, but the water temperature should not exceed 500C, such as expanding cement joints, the water temperature should not exceed 350C;

(2) When the temperature is lower than -50C, it is not advisable to connect the above two materials.

(3) After the connection is completed, the slime mixed with salt water can be used for sealing and curing, and the grass curtain should be covered. Warm soil (non-frozen soil) can also be used to fill the interface for insulation;

(4) When testing the pressure, the exposed pipe or interface should be tightly covered with a straw curtain, and the pipe body should be backfilled where there is no interface. The water should be drained as soon as the pressure test is completed, and various preparations and pressure tests should be done before the pressure test. After the release of water, drainage and other work.
